Field Technician
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.
This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and plays a part in keeping the country safe and saving lives.
We want to hear from you if you have:
* Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
* Experience providing technical support for installed solutions.
* Experience escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
* Ability to review and manage open incidents daily, overseeing workflow and utilization.
* Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
