This is a fully employed, field-based role, where you’ll be out speaking to business owners daily, understanding their needs, and introducing solutions that genuinely help them grow.
The Package
* Base Salary: £28,800 p.a.
* Car Allowance: £6,000 p.a.
* Operational Allowance: £2,000 p.a.
* OTE: £57,600+ (double your base)
* Uncapped commission where top performers can earn far more than their OTE
* Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with a view to become permanent)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Visit local SMEs (cafés, salons, shops, restaurants and more)
* Speak with business owners to understand how their business operates
* Identify their challenges, pain points, and growth opportunities
* Demonstrate simple, effective payment and POS solutions
* Recommend the right setup based on each business’s needs
* Manage your territory, pipeline, and follow-ups
* Work toward monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For
This role requires previous field-based, face-to-face sales experience. You must be comfortable approaching new businesses in person, starting conversations, and converting those interactions into sales. This is not a desk-based or inbound role.
