This business are a leading distributor of IT equipment that their customers (Installers/System Integrators) use to build and test IT infrastructure networks for their "end user" clients who are mainly Office & Datacentre builder's/users.
some examples include Barclays, HSBC, MOD, Google, Microsoft, Cambridge University and Oxford University.
Based from their Crawley office, your role as a Commercial Sales Trainee would initially see you learn all aspects of the business. You will go on a journey in this role, with the first 3 months being mainly focused on product and sales training. After this time to be introduced to your sales targets. You will be representing their full range of products over the phone to new and existing customers.
You will primarily be dealing with IT installers who will are working on large data centres. Working closely with the General Manager and sales teams, this is an exciting opportunity to learn about the data network industry, develop skills, work on your own projects and start your career path in a large, diverse organisation. Whilst this role will begin being primarily office based, as gather experience there will be opportunities to go out and meet your customers face to face.
This is an entry level role with no prior commercial experience required. The key for a candidate is to be highly motivated, energetic and a strong relationship builder.
You will be given fantastic training opportunities in the role, so this company are looking for someone that is ambitious and wants to take every chance given.
