About the Role My client based on the outskirts of Norwich is looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a small to medium-sized team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality targets Ensure health & safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and inventory systems Coordinate with logistics, transport, and office teams to ensure smooth operations Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Train and onboard new team members Handle performance management, scheduling, and shift planning Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory / team leader role Strong organisational and leadership skills Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and stock control processes Good communication and problem-solving ability Forklift licence (desirable but not essential) Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced en...
