Reed Education are excited to be supporting a creative and high-achieving secondary school in Northampton as they look to appoint a passionate, dynamic, and inspiring Drama Teacher to join their performing arts department from September.
The Role
The successful Drama Teacher will:
* Deliver engaging and imaginative lessons across KS3–KS4
* Support students in developing performance skills, confidence, and creativity
* Contribute to school productions, showcases, and enrichment opportunities
* Plan and assess in line with department expectations
* Work collaboratively within a supportive Performing Arts team

What We’re Looking For
* A passion for Drama and the wider performing arts
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage learners of all abilities
* QTS or a relevant teaching qualification desirable, but not essential
* Applications welcomed from experienced teachers, ECTs, and FE/industry professionals transitioning into education
