HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
My client is seeking an organised, proactive, and approachable HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their busy team in a rewarding and varied role. You will provide high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee records management and leaver processes.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, contributing to the development of effective HR systems, and supporting safer recruitment practices. Coordinating recruitment campaigns and interview logistics
Maintaining HR systems and employee records
Liaising with payroll and managing vetting checks
Supporting compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding procedures
Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment
Proficient in MS Office and confident using HR systems
Knowledge of safer recruitment practices is desirable
