Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership and Strategy
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives
* Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Financial Management and Reporting
* Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Manage audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
* Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
Cash Flow and Cash Allocation
* Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
* Ensure optimalcash allocationacross operational needs
* Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and treasury activities
* Approve payments in line with company cash flow strategy
Credit Control & Accounts Receivable
* Lead and develop a strongcredit control function
* Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures
* Monitor debtor balances, aging reports, and collection performance
* Oversee escalation and resolution of overdue accounts
* Work closely with sales and operations to improve billing and collections processes
Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
* Drive high performance xsngvjr and continuous improvement
* Foster collaboration with other departments
Key Skills & Experience
* Significant senior finance leadership experience
* Strong expertise incash flow management, cash allocation, and credit control
* Experience managing working capital and improving collections
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms
