This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and helping them flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs. Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons. Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Adapt learning resources to meet the individual needs of pupils. Key Requirements: Experience supporting children with SEN (in schools, youth work, care, or similar settings). A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
