This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference to pupils' learning and development while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school setting. Key Responsibilities * Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. * Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support and deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs). * Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment. * Support pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and social development. * Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities tailored to individual needs.
