Overview
Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner role at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. Band 8a, part-time (25 hours across 3 or 4 working days). Based in the Childrens Community Nursing Team (CCNT) in Oldham. Successful candidates must have demonstrable experience at Band 7 or 8a and hold an MSc in Advanced Paediatric Nursing Practice (ambulatory care) or MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.
Responsibilities
* Work predominantly within a clinic environment at the Integrated Care Centre, with the possibility of offering home visits where identified.
* Collaborate closely with CCNT and key stakeholder partners from community, acute secondary and tertiary settings, local authority and the voluntary sector.
* Contribute to the development of nurse-led services within the evolving APNP/ACP role.
Requirements
* Band 7 or 8a experience in Paediatric/Children\'s nursing.
* MSc in Advanced Paediatric Nursing Practice (ambulatory care) or MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.
* Community experience is desirable; consideration will be given to applicants without, provided suitable evidence is provided.
