We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Part-TimeCaretakerto join a residential development. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and providing excellent service to residents.
Hours:Monday to Friday from 8am-1pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out day-to-day caretaking duties across the residential development
* Ensuring communal areas (internal and external) are kept clean, safe, and well presented
* Undertaking basic maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. lighting, minor plumbing, painting)
* Managing waste and recycling areas
* Conducting regular health & safety checks and reporting any issues
* Liaising with residents, managing agents, and contractors in a professional manner
* Responding to maintenance issues and emergencies as required
* Supporting the smooth running of the development at all times
