The organisation

About the role
The Business Change Manager will be responsible for managing stakeholders and coordinating a team of business change specialists, whilst owning end to end business change activities, project plans andernance across a portfolio of projects and programmes, which involve people, process and technology. They are seeking someone that is used to driving people change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR methodologies, with a strong focus on business readiness, end user adoption and benefits realisation.

Skills & Experience
• Proven track record of working autonomously in a Business Change role on a range of projects at varying levels of size andplexity, across the full project lifecycle.• Previous experience of leading a Business Readiness or Change Adoption workstream for a large project or programme.• Experience of Change Management methods and standards ( Prosci ADKAR) with a proven track record of delivering readiness activities through the application of best practice tools and techniques.• Significant Business Change experience and prior coverage of delivering in waterfall and iterative methodologies.• Proven track record in the definition and delivery of plans that enable the implementation of new processes and technology, with minimal disruption to operations.• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively lead, facilitate and provide constructive challenge.• Proven ability to engage and influence at all levels with excellent written, numerical, facilitation and presentation skills.• Experience of Cloud Adoption projects and programmes and proficient in the use of software delivery and collaboration tools is desirable.• Experience of Social Housing Sector is highly desirable.• Recognised Change Management qualification is essential Prosci or APMG Change Management Practitioner.

Salary & Benefits
You can expect apetitive salary in the region of £59,460 (depending on experience) along with a range of benefits including membership to a private healthcare scheme, contributory pension, flexible working, 25 days holiday (option to purchase up to 5 additional days) and hybrid working (2 to 3 days a week in the Oldham office).*Please only apply if you have the skills/experience listed above and live within amutable distance to Oldham.
