Administrative Assistant

CT Walters Electrical is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the van fleet, including booking services, MOTs, and maintenance
Answering the telephone and assisting with general enquiries
Entering invoice data and reconciling financial records
Preparing job completion manuals (training provided)
Collating electricians hours for PAYE wages, monitoring/reporting sickness, and managing leave records
Updating and maintaining staff training logs
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Accounts training would be beneficial but not essential
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
