Overview
Deputy General Manager, Hotel Du Vin — Brighton. We are looking for a leader who will develop and motivate the team while driving the brand strategy to position Hotel Du Vin as a premier employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the hotel team, ensuring delivery of celebrity service and brand standards.
* Drive brand strategy across all elements of the business and set the hotel apart from the competition.
* Maximise revenue by understanding market trends and managing the revenue strategy in collaboration with department managers.
* Provide hands-on leadership, setting an example and ensuring effective operation of the hotel.
* Collaborate with senior management to align on goals and operational plans.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing large teams in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
* Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations in a property of similar size; not a deal breaker if missing.
