We’re recruiting for a proactive and customer focused Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Portsmouth! This is a 12-month fixed term contract position and is full time, working 37 hours a week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working. While this role is contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, team days alternate between our Portsmouth and Basingstoke office.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As one of our Sales & Marketing Assistants, you’ll be responsible for managing VIVIDs enquiry and application databases, initial customer communications, sales administration and supporting the marketing and sales of our Shared Ownership homes across a range of platforms. You’ll also ensure that our sales and investment objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.
You’ll be central to ensuring our customers receive an excellent experience from their first enquiry. This includes responding to enquiries promptly, maintaining accurate records, producing customer data to support targeted marketing, and ensuring our listings and marketing materials are compliant, clear and engaging to our customers. The role also supports the wider marketing team with property listings, social media activity, event preparation and competitor analysis.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Resales to help us meet our sales and investment objectives. This includes assisting with saving down customer files, preparing property collateral, and representing VIVID at open days, exhibitions, and customer events.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with data, internal systems and MS Office. You’ll need to have strong experience in a marketing or administration role, and relevant marketing experience such as creating digital content/social media posts and creating property listings.
As this role involves travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is a requirement. Business mileage will be paid.
