Purpose of the role
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and caring Clinical Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Sefton. We have two full‑time posts available, part‑time hours or job shares will be considered. The role requires evenings and Saturday working.
Essential Criteria
* At least Grade C GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
* Experience of working in a customer service role with the public or in a healthcare setting
* Working effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
* Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
* High standard of verbal and non‑verbal communication skills
* Maintaining high quality standards and working flexibly in a busy service environment
* Handling sensitive information and listening to the needs of patients/clients and responding appropriately
* Ability to use IT systems, including Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of issues that may affect people’s sexual health and wellbeing
About the role
* Hours: Full‑time 37.5 hours per week
* Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week programme, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary
* Contract: Permanent

* Salary: £26,227 per annum
