Key responsibilities of the role include: Managing a team of Sales Advisors encouraging meeting or exceeding targets alongside continuity in delivery and reporting. Collating, checking and developing all reports for monthly and weekly submission. Delegate tasks to ensure smooth running of the Sales Department. Liaise with other departments to ensure Sales are delivering correct reports and information on time. Recruit and hire, train and develop new personnel to ensure successful induction and ongoing performance. Development of policies, procedures and objectives for marketing and selling the company’s products and services to ensure continuity across all regions. Oversee further training of employees, setting expectations, organisational development, performance management, succession planning, motivating, coaching, and problem resolution. Building and improving an effective skills structure through training. Establish marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will have the following: Extensive experience in new build home sales and marketing. A good understanding of the market and competitors. Ability to build relationships across functions, internally and externally. Full UK Driving Licence is required.
