Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Sherwood Court, Wakefield. The service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
The post is for 24.50 hours per week. You’ll work on a 2-week rolling rota, including:
* Evening shifts: 15:00 – 23:00
* Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)

* Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies

Qualifications
Essential:
GCSE Grades D in Math's and English or Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English
Desirable (but not required):
* Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Don't have the Level 2 qualification? We'll provide full training and fund your qualification after successful completion of your probation period.
