Secondary English Teacher – Mountain Ash Area
£166-£200 per day
One of our partnership schools is currently looking to take on a fully qualified English Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis. The Secondary school is based in the Mountain Ash area and the successful applicant will be educating classes of Key Stage 3 & 4. The position is available to start ASAP; therefore interviews are being held online via Microsoft Teams over the next 2 weeks.
The Ideal English Teacher Will:
* Hold QTS
* Have experience teaching English to KS3 and KS4
* Have enhanced DBS certificate available on the update service
* Be registered with the EWC or willing to apply
* Provide two school-based references (if applicable)
* Be passionate about education

This exciting position is available for FQTs looking for a new challenge or an NQT wanting to broaden their experience. The successful applicant will be working as part of a team in a friendly and reliable English department, who will assist in the delivery of engaging and valuable English lessons throughout the school day. The school has indicated there is additional training and mentoring available during the role to ensure the successful English Teacher is able to perform at their highest level. Furthermore, you will have access to the school’s fantastic and innovative facilities including ICT suites, intervention rooms and a large English department.
