Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support delivery of the EYFS framework across the setting
· Model outstanding early years care and education practice
· Mentor and guide team members, including apprentices and key workers
· Monitor and support children's progress through observations and assessments
· Build strong, trusting partnerships with parents and carers
· Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies
About You:
· Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (EYP, EYT, degree, or equivalent) is essential.
· Minimum of years' experience in an early years setting
· Strong understanding of EYFS, child development, and safeguarding procedures
· Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Warm, enthusiastic, and proactive – a true team player
· Ability to manage teams across all age groups and implement the curriculum effectively
