What You Will Do:
Act as the key link between partner agencies, ensuring effective communication and coordinated safeguarding responses.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify risks and determine appropriate interventions for children in need or at risk.
Work collaboratively with police, healthcare professionals, and other safeguarding partners to share information and devise protective strategies.
Attend meetings, strategy discussions, and case conferences, providing expert input and recommendations.
Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports and maintain accurate case records in line with statutory guidelines.
Support and advise families through complex safeguarding processes, helping them access relevant resources and services.
