Working within the ongoing Technology Maintenance (TM) and Cyber Security (CS) programmes in DTG, this is a high-profile change and engagement role working with agency customers across the whole organisation. Alongside the project and programme team, this role ensures that the programmes have audience insight and understand the voice of the user. At the same time, the post holder will play a key role to advocate with the business about the value the programmes bring in keeping our technology estate running and keeping the agency’s digital assets safe. The post holder will play a leading role and be the bridge between the programmes and agency colleagues, such as Service Owners in the business, other subject matter experts and senior stakeholders.
