The post holder will support the Kids Club Manager in the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after-school clubs, helping to ensure high-quality provision for all children. This includes supporting staff ratios, rotas, and cover, building positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers, and creating a safe, stimulating environment that promotes play and exploration.
