At Connells, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Lettings Area Manager to join Connells Group and lead an area covering several branches. The ideal candidate will be based central to the area around Swindon.

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the overall income and profitability of the area and recruit, induct, train, manage and lead your own team.
* Preferably an experienced Branch Manager or a Senior Branch Manager who is ready for the step-up or an experienced area manager looking for a new challenge
