Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well‑organised.
* Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing of linen and towels to ensure they are clean and ready for guest use.
* Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
* Keep track of cleaning and laundry supplies, reporting any shortages or issues to management to ensure adequate stock levels.
* Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and cleaning staff to prioritise tasks and ensure that all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
* Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently within the designated working hours.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and laundry duties.
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning and laundry practices.
* Willingness to work on the specified days (Monday and Friday) and adapt to varying tasks as needed.
