Learning Support Assistants – Eastbourne

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that students reach their full potential, offering both academic and emotional support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Support students with their learning, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
* Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to individual and small groups of students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Support children with additional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where applicable.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
* SEN experience is desired but not required.
