This is a dynamic and rewarding position where you will:
1. Lead and inspire the multidisciplinary team on the Neonatal Unit
2. Coordinate services around neonatal care, ensuring safe, modern, and family-centred care
3. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care for preterm and sick term babies
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of local and national neonatal strategies
5. Work collaboratively across the wider health community to support integrated care pathways
