As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will deliver high-quality education in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and the standards set by the Regulatory Body. You will plan and teach lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils, monitor progress, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Task Areas and Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality education to individual students or small groups in line with the School's Curriculum framework, Company policies, and regulatory standards.
2. Monitor, record, and report on student progress regularly.
3. Support and contribute to the implementation of the School Development Plan.
4. Promote the physical, educational, and moral development of students, consistent with Company policies.
5. Develop and implement personalized learning environments and programs to ensure student progression at an appropriate pace.
6. Coordinate the teaching, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and learning areas across key stages, as directed by the Headteacher.
7. Devise, implement, and review individual education plans (IEPs), behaviour plans, and other relevant plans collaboratively with staff.
8. Organize the classroom environment, resources, student groupings, and displays to create a stimulating and supportive learning atmosphere.
9. Hold UK QTS or equivalent qualification.
10. Experience with SEN children is desirable.
Our new Options Autism School - Claystone School in Luton, Bedfordshire, opened in January 2025 and will have capacity for 48 pupils aged 4-11 years old, catering for pupils with ASC and Complex Needs.

* Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 4.15pm
