As a CAE Engineer within our OE & Racing team, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge motorcycle technologies. Your expertise in Computer-Aided Engineering will be instrumental in shaping the future of our motorcycles, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the expectations of our customers and racing enthusiasts alike.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting detailed simulations and analyses to optimise motorcycle components and systems.
2. Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance performance and safety.
3. Utilising advanced CAE tools and methodologies to support the development of new models and racing initiatives.
4. Interpreting simulation results and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform design decisions.
5. Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Triumph remains at the forefront of motorcycle engineering.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
6. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
7. Proven experience in CAE methodologies, particularly in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data.
9. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
10. A passion for motorcycles and a drive to innovate in a competitive environment.
