Are you the go-to tech problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments? Our client, a well-established Managed Service Provider in Bracknell, is looking for a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their close-knit, customer-focused team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide responsive 2nd line support across a range of devices and platforms
* Handle remote and on-site troubleshooting for local clients (occasional travel around the Berkshire area)
* Work with a variety of technologies including Microsoft 365, Apple Mac systems, and general IT infrastructure
* Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues and ensure clients receive top-tier service
What You’ll Bring:
* Solid experience in 2nd line support, ideally within an MSP environment, but not essential
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Office 365
* Comfortable with client-facing interactions and confident in communicating technical solutions
* Driving license preferred (due to site visits)
