We are looking for a Home Manager to join our team at Penberthy House Residential Care Home, Newquay (TR7 2BT).

Qualifications
* Experience in a residential or nursing care setting
* Strong operational management and leadership
* People-focussed communicator who collaborates well
* Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
* Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK and subject to safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if required
