Job Title: Application Support Engineer

What you’ll be doing:
* Assisting in the day-to-day delivery of Service Requests and general monitoring activities
* Managing incidents and requests through our toolset ServiceNow
* Contributing to and maintaining a support knowledge base
* Managing toolset accounts across various Air platforms
* Providing specialist advice on toolset usage to the user base
* Monitoring infrastructure
* Supporting license renewal, hosting, and utilization monitoring activities
* Reporting on toolset data and service statistics
* Engaging in ongoing professional development on aerospace toolsets
Your skills and experiences:
* Understanding of IT service delivery and a highly proficient IT professional
* Experience in a design and manufacturing environment
* Awareness of ITIL V4 terminology or willingness to learn

The Engineering Systems CC APP Team:
The ESCC PLM Support Team is a small, diverse, and highly skilled group supporting end-users across design, planning, and manufacturing disciplines on various air platforms. We ensure our engineering community has the tools and guidance needed to design and build next-generation air defense products. The role focuses on supporting multiple Siemens PLM environments and related Eurofighter, US programs, and FCAS tools. We seek a self-motivated, problem-solving individual who can adapt quickly, with available training and support, and is open to continuous professional development.
