Security Systems Service Engineer
Location: South West England.
Salary: Competitive base + Performance-Related Pay (up to £2,000/year) + High OTE £45,000

Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and repair various intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Diagnose faults and meet/exceed maintenance performance targets
Demonstrate system functions and educate clients on false alarm causes
Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota for callouts and telephone support
Deliver excellent customer service and address client needs effectively
Fulfill additional duties as requested by management
Ensure adherence to health & safety and company security policies
Safeguard all assets and data from unauthorised access or modification
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the security systems industry
Solid working knowledge of intruder alarm systems including Galaxy, Castle, Aritech, Scantronic, Menvier
Experience with both analogue and IP-based CCTV systems
Strong understanding of access control systems
Network/IP-based product knowledge
Full, clean UK driving license
Checkable work history with suitable references
Excellent communication and customer service skills
