Role Responsibilities:
What to Expect as a NurseryPractitioner:
* Create aSafe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange roomsto encourage children's growth andlearning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan anddeliver activities that support children's physical, emotional,intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early YearsFoundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key Person Role:Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong familyconnections.
Required Qualifications:
What We're LookingFor
* Level 3 (or above)qualification in Early Years Education.
* Provenexperience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interestin early childhood education
* Skills: Goodcommunication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and theability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliveractivities.
