What You’ll Be Doing
* Keep things moving - handle day-to-day property management issues quickly and professionally.
* Get hands-on - visit and inspect vacant properties, prepare them for rental, and make sure everything’s compliant, polished, and move-in ready. This does mean the role is office based/site based.
* Coordinate and connect - work closely with estate agents to progress lettings and tenancy start-ups.
* Stay on top of the details - oversee maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure every job gets done to standard.
* Support your clients - help with Non-Resident Landlord tax returns and utility setups.
* Own your projects - manage small refurbishments and snagging works from start to finish.
* Be the face of the brand - represent us at networking and marketing events when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
* A genuine passion for property and all things London real estate.
* Experience in residential property management - ideally 2-4 years.
* A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A friendly, confident communicator who loves problem-solving.
* Someone who’s well-presented, reliable, and stays calm under pressure.
