Our client is a multi-award-winning developer with a strong reputation and a significant project and land pipeline across North West London. With ambitious growth plans over the coming years, they are looking to introduce a Team Assistant. This position offers exposure to land acquisition, planning and wider development activity, working closely with senior stakeholders, consultants and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage critical date schedules and track actions to ensure development deadlines are met.
* Bid Support: Prepare land stacks, appraisals, and pre-exchange documentation.
* Due Diligence: Source Land Registry data and title plans to facilitate accurate offers.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for agents, solicitors, and local authorities.
* Brand Management: Update corporate digital channels and coordinate agent networking events and budgets
Key Requirements
* Proven administrative experience within construction or development, specifically supporting land or planning teams.
* Familiarity with planning portals, Land Registry, and property search platforms.
* Highly organised with the confidence to engage external consultants and Housing Associations.
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and possessing sharp attention to detail.
