* Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-informed lessons tailored to individual pupil needs, including those with SEND and trauma backgrounds
* Use assessment data to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies
* Promote pupils' social, emotional, and academic development through therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in line with policies and professional standards
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialist staff to provide effective support
Requirements
* Proven experience teaching pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour
* Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and behaviour management in specialist settings
* Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effective teaching and learning
* Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining professional standards
* Resilience, empathy, adaptability, and a passion for supporting vulnerable pupils
* QTS/QTLS qualification
