Job Description
What you’ll do:
1. Lead the team during evening and closing shifts, ensuring seamless operations across restaurant and bar.
2. Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a warm and welcoming dining and bar experience.
3. Supervise, motivate, and support colleagues—driving performance and team engagement.
4. Oversee end-of-shift procedures including closing, cashing up, and handover.
5. Carry out stock counts, assist with ordering, and maintain accurate records.
6. Support with event organisation and delivery.
7. Assist with onboarding, training, and developing team members.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
9. Collaborate with management to continuously improve service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
10. Prior experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role.
11. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
12. Confidence in managing both restaurant and bar service.
13. A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences.
14. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
