Position: Sales & Marketing Administrator
Location: Hertford
Salary: £25,000 (£13.73 per hour)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
This is a varied and hands-on position combining customer liaison, sales support, and marketing coordination. You’ll be central to maintaining strong client relationships while helping to drive new opportunities and promote our client’s products.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales & Marketing Administrator
* Handling inbound calls and serving as the main contact for client enquiries
* Delivering outstanding service and ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently
* Nurturing relationships with both established and prospective customers
* Monitoring orders and ensuring smooth follow-through from enquiry to delivery
* Identifying new prospects and assisting with sales development activity
* Contributing to online presence, including social media content
* Designing promotional materials such as brochures and product flyers
* Assisting with campaign coordination and special promotions
* Arranging logistics and liaising on delivery schedules

* Proven experience in telesales is essential
* Professional, engaging, and confident communication skills
* A positive and approachable telephone style
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
