Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
4. Maintain a tidy reception area
5. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
6. Provide general support to staff and management as needed
Receptionist Requirements:
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
10. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
11. Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon or full days)
