As Property Manager, what's in it for you?
* £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience
* £32,000 OTE - bonus structure - work hard together as a team and earn extra for your hard work
* Monday to Friday only!

Your role as a Property Manager:
* Acting as the main point of contact for Landlords
* Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
* Handle any disputes and challenging situations that may occur
* Handling enquiries from Landlords and tenants, ensuring any complaints are dealt with
* Building relationships - happy Landlords and tenants are key
* Supporting and guiding junior members of the team
* Maintaining good tenancy administration records
* Keeping up-to-date with legislation and ensure that any changes are applied across the portfolio
What we're looking for from a Property Manager:
* Previous experience in property management needed - at least 12 months' required
* Previous experience of carrying out check outs and inspections
* Strong communication &; people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills &; attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality &; great organisational skills
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
