As our Inside Client Manager (m/f/d), you are part of our commercial management and will be in close contact with our existing clients and also potential new clients.
What you will do
* Qualification of new leads
* Proactive support for existing and new clients, client reviews, issue management
* Cross-selling/quotation management for contract adjustments
* Management, creation and execution of client contracts and projects, i.e. monitoring, coordination and independent execution of processes, quotation, ordering as well as provisioning
* Cross-departmental communication as well as contact with suppliers and external partners
* New and existing clients: Responsible for contract negotiations of all standardized services
* Support during audits or inquiries from clients
* Maintenance, documentation, follow-up, archiving of inventory documents (capacity planning) and provision of documents to other departments
* Deadline and deadline control, compliance with settlement and approval processes
* Client support in all matters, especially services and network services
* Use NTT’s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast
* Communicate quotes, provide supportive sales documentation, and obtain a sales order where there is an opportunity to close a sale
* Management and optimization of Salesforce to improve client data management and client processes
What we are looking for
* Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
* Experience in the mentioned field of activity
* Experience in client service or order processing
* Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM/ERP systems
* Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, any additional language would be a plus
* To undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019 standard (in the UK)
