In this multi-disciplined role, you will be responsible for the administrative, financial, IT and risk management operations of Nano Purification Solutions UK. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will determine overall business direction, challenging and driving business performance. Key responsibilities Ensure financial reporting is timely and accurate in accordance with Group guidelines and any relevant local regulations and local statutory rules. Perform analysis of financial and non-financial key performance indicators. Advise and consult management team regarding company performance based on those and on targets. Develop and coordinate the planning process, and the continued monitoring of budget versus actual. Guarantee that appropriate risk awareness and internal control procedures are in place. Work in collaboration with engineering and manufacture departments to identify, analyse and control product cost and plant efficiency variations. Lead, motivate and develop the Finance team. Guarantee efficient processes are in place. Responsible for accounting, cost accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, and data entry. Review or implement policies and procedures. Lead local projects and drive improvements. Responsible for coordination of internal and external audits. Coordinate payroll process in coordination with HR. Prepare Tax calculations and files in collaboration with Tax Department Team. Provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information and plans to assist the business to meet its strategic goals. Drive the finance team to deliver financial results and information to the business in a timely and effective manner. Manage and deliver on budgeting and forecasting processes. Establishing and monitoring internal controls, cost drivers, and efficiency potential. Ensure that the business has efficient systems and procedures which satisfy the requirements of the Company and compliance with external regulations and bodies. Manage the relationship with third parties that perform outsourced company functions (including payroll and pensions). Manage the Company insurances portfolio and cover. Tax matters. PERSON SPECIFICATION The competencies listed are appropriate to the position and are an illustration of the qualities that the Company requires. Education University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent CIMA/ACA/ACCA professionally qualified Experience and Skills Business analysis skills with experience in finance and business control. Good knowledge about general accounting principles, IFRS and statutory accounting rules. Leadership and management skills. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
