Location: East Hyde STW, Bedfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week (07:30 to 17:30) - we offer some flexibility, so just let us know what works for you!

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be at the forefront of planning, providing engineering guidance, and supervising production at our East Hyde STW project. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your development and contributions.
Your Responsibilities
As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction outcomes. Your daily tasks will include:
* Setting Out Works: Providing dimensional control to ensure accurate construction within allowable tolerances.
* Interpreting Drawings: Maintaining quality standards across all project elements.
* Safety Collaboration: Working with the workforce to ensure safety protocols are understood and followed.
* Documentation: Producing accurate as-built records and maintaining thorough site documentation.
* Team Building: Fostering positive relationships and contributing to project planning and coordination.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have relevant experience in civil engineering with strong setting out skills.
* You hold a degree or HNC in civil engineering or a construction-related discipline.
* You’re working towards professional membership (ICE/CIOB) and are passionate about your development.
* You’re comfortable using MS Office and AutoCAD in your daily work.
* You enjoy building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
