Crieff Hydro Hotel
In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – including a spa, leisure center, horse-riding center and our famously exciting Action Glen. About the role
Behind every great guest experience is a team that keeps everything running smoothly – and that’s where you come in. As our Resort Administration Assistant, you’ll provide essential admin support for the teams that make things happen across the resort, from Maintenance and Action Glen to our Riding Centre and more.
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day admin tasks, helping to coordinate schedules, organise paperwork, and keep everything on track so our resort runs like clockwork. If you’re organised, approachable, and like working in a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
What we’re looking for
1. Great organisational skills and attention to detail – you’ll keep our busy resort teams on track.
2. Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning new systems.
3. A proactive communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
4. Someone who thrives on variety – you’ll be supporting a range of activities across the resort.
5. Flexibility and a positive attitude – you’re happy to pitch in where needed.
What you’ll be doing
6. Providing admin support for the resort team, including scheduling, filing, and reporting.
7. Managing communications between departments and ensuring information is shared clearly.
8. Supporting coordination of maintenance tasks, Action Glen activities, and riding centre operations.
9. Helping ensure health & safety checks and compliance records are up to date.
10. Handling day-to-day queries and being a helpful point of contact for colleagues.
