This is a unique opportunity for a Lead Engineer, or Senior Engineer looking to step up into a Lead role, who thrives on designing bespoke, high-value equipment and driving projects from concept through to delivery. The Lead Engineer will have autonomy to take lead on projects, work closely with clients and solve unique engineering problems. As a Lead Engineer, you will: * Lead design projects, check and approve calculations, and make key engineering decisions. * Collaborate with suppliers and fabricators to turn complex designs into buildable solutions. * Mentor and inspire other engineers while advancing engineering standards. * Be the client’s go-to engineer, managing design reviews, risk, and evolving requirements. * Champion new technology, automation, and innovative workflows to improve efficiency, quality and speed.
