What you will be doing:
As a Night Shift Customer Assistant, you will support the Retail Manager in the daily operations of the club. You will build relationships with customers to ensure they enjoy our products and services.
You will also:
* Advise and guide customers on queries or questions.
* Run in-house promotions.
* Maintain the general upkeep of the premises, including light cleaning duties where required.
You should have a natural flair for customer service, an aptitude for numbers, and the ability to work quickly and accurately while remaining personable and professional. An outgoing personality is essential to communicate upcoming events or promotions effectively.

Other tasks:
Assist with customer queries and support daily operations.
This is a part-time role, including weekends. We offer two options: 8 hours per week or 16 hours per week.

Experience required:
Minimum of 1 year retail experience, customer service, and cash handling.
