Role: Field-Based Business Development Manager / Executive

Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business activities.
* Attend and close sales appointments independently.
* Meet with potential introducers and referral partners.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Manage and maintain your sales pipeline accurately.
* Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high energy and rewards.
Ideal Candidate:
* 4+ years of B2B solution sales experience (industry experience not required).
* Confident in value-based and consultative selling.
* Skilled at selling to diverse audiences including Business Owners, Board Members, and HR Managers.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with high-volume meetings.
* Previous field-based sales experience.
