CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic, friendly, office based business in Coventry.
Company Details
As IT Support Engineer, this will be a standalone role where you’ll be expected to operate independently, use your initiative, and contribute to a broad range of technical responsibilities.
Your Duties as IT Support Engineer
* Provide remote phone support for equipment troubleshooting.
* Identify spare parts and assist distributors with orders.
* Escalate issues to engineers and schedule site visits.
* Manage UK support cases in the CRM.
* Test and maintain showroom equipment.
* Handle warranty returns, including testing and replacements.
* Support engineers on-site.
Requirements
The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:
* Ideally, you will hold a full UK driving license.
* Strong understanding of networking.
* SQL Server and database concepts.
* Windows and Mac OS experience.
