The Role
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be a key member of one of their growing dynamic teams, responsible for managing pension schemes with precision and care. Your role will involve:
* Administering pension schemes, predominantly and Defined Benefit (DB) arrangement.
* Administering ongoing scheme administration including manual calculations, transfers, contribution, projects and payments etc.
* Maintaining accurate records and managing scheme updates.
* Communicating effectively with clients, members, and stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
* Supporting the wider team with project work and initiatives.

* Previous experience in Defined Benefit pension administration and including manual calculations
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with pensions legislation and systems (desirable but not essential).
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
